Refund and Returns Policy
Arrange a handover appointment – Please contact us about a handover appointment approx. 1 week before move-out. Please note, that the return should take place by no later than 5 pm, if possible.
Final cleaning – As agreed in the rental contract, the apartment must be returned professionally cleaned. Upon moving out, a commercial final cleaning takes place, which is commissioned by the landlord to a professional company. The costs are based on time and effort and are usually covered by the tenant. The landlord receives the invoice from the cleaning company and settles the costs with the deposit. Thorough pre-cleaning can significantly reduce the cost of commercial cleaning. For everything that is part of a final cleaning.
Handover protocol – At the time of move-in and move-out, you should make sure that handover protocol is created, in which the current condition of the apartment is documented. If we conduct the handover on behalf of the landlord, you will receive a detailed protocol created . In addition to recording cleanliness and wear and tear, the condition of the apartment is documented through photos.
Return of the security deposit – The deposit will be repaid by our admin office. Please provide us with the relevant bank account information. Usually, the deposit will be returned within 2-4 weeks.
